As part of the expansion of production and renewal of the machine park of our plant, a new horizontal boring machine was installed and put into operation.

Heavy and large-sized turbine equipment belonging to GRES Topar LLP was accepted for responsible storage. On December 31, 2023, the acceptance and placement of equipment at numerous production sites of QTMP LLP was completed.

As part of the concluded agreement for the renovation of the turbine unit st. No. 2 (T-54/25-90) CHPP of JSC "SSGPO" the production of working blades of the 11th stage has been completed and the production of working blades of the 19th stage has begun.

As part of the concluded agreement for the renovation of the turbine unit st. No. 2 (T-54/25-90) CHPP JSC "SSGPO" work continues on the manufacture of diaphragms for stages 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16.

Due to an emergency shutdown of the turbine, bearing liner No. 1 of the turbine unit PR-6-35/5 KTZ st. No. 3 of CHPP-1 of Karaganda Energocenter LLP was refilled.

Work is being carried out to repair components and parts of the D-5000/51 pump for JSC TEMK

Mechanical processing of the ball mill bearing Ш-16 was performed for Karaganda State District Power Plant-1 of Bassel Group LLP, Temirtau.

Work was carried out on dynamic balancing of exhauster rotors on a balancing machine in the conditions of the production base of QTMP LLP. Over the past period, 3 rotors have been balanced for the sinter production of ArcelorMittal Temirtau JSC.
