Karaganda Turbomechanical Plant offers the following works and services:
- Work on diagnostics and determination of the resource of power equipment of power plants;
- Vibration diagnostics and vibration adjustment of electric motors, rotors, pumps, turbines, compressors and other mechanisms
- Balancing rotors of turbines, pumps, electric motors weighing up to 40 tons on a machine;
- Balancing of shaft lines of turbine units of any power in their own bearings;
- Vibration testing of the turbine unit in order to identify the causes of increased vibration of the supports;
- Vibration adjustment of rotating mechanisms;
- Frequency tuning of turbine rotor blades;
- Laser alignment of the turbine flow path;
- Commissioning work after installation or repair of power equipment, development of commissioning programs, engineering, testing.
- Diagnostics of the technical condition, adjustment, testing at idle and under load of automatic control systems of steam turbines (SAR) of all turbine manufacturing plants without exception, turbine safety circuit breakers (SB), as well as turbines equipped with electrohydraulic control systems (EHDS).
