Currently, QTMP LLP annually carries out maintenance of automatic control systems on about 200 turbines in many countries, having the necessary infrastructure, laboratory, testing, bench and other equipment. The plant has representative offices and service warehouses in many large cities.
When carrying out maintenance of the EHDS, the entire range of work is taken into account, including the electrical and controller parts with updating specialized software of our development, maintenance of the driver’s automated workstation, and the organization of their high-quality interaction with the standard hydraulic units of the ACS and mechanical units of the steam distribution system. Along with this, it is planned to ensure in emergency and force majeure situations the supply of necessary spare parts and components, allowing for the prompt localization of emerging problems and trouble-free operation of EHDS units.
When providing technical maintenance for EHDS, we constantly organize technical support for the entire range of maintenance work from the plant office. At the same time, multifaceted work is carried out, including consultation and exchange of various technical information with representatives of the TC, CTAI and EC CHPP, on issues of the current operation of the EHDS, development of joint technical solutions in normal mode and in the event of emergency and problem situations, work with archives, transfer to operational personnel through all information channels of recommendations, files, drawings, technical solutions, allowing to resolve problematic issues as much as possible, adapt the EHDS to local conditions, and accompany system and in-plant tests.
Based on many years of experience in the maintenance of EHDS at power plants, QTMP LLP guarantees and provides strategic warehouse stocks of components, specialized equipment, spare parts, qualified personnel are on duty, capable of an integrated approach to organizing work, even in conditions of disruption of logistics chains, shortage of components, EU sanctions. Our main priority in relation to the Customer is to ensure strategic reliability and operational safety of the equipment we service.
Our technical support team includes highly qualified electronics, mechanical and process engineers. The above specialists are ready to solve problems of any complexity remotely as quickly as possible, based on data received from the EHDS parameters archiving system and information received from the station personnel.
