From the first days of its foundation, much attention was paid to equipping the assembly areas and machine shops involved in the manufacture of EHDS components and equipment with the necessary equipment. Highly qualified specialists, accumulated experience in the production of electronic equipment and high-precision components of the steam turbine control system allowed the plant to receive a name that is recognized today throughout the post-Soviet space

All components and parts of the mechanohydraulic part of the EGR necessary for reconstruction are manufactured at the production base of QTMP LLP and delivered to the site along with other components.

The designs of field-level components, types of sensors and EGP are carefully developed, manufactured in various designs and standard sizes, which allows them to be used for the reconstruction of control systems of almost all types of turbines, minimizing production costs.

The use of equipment of our own production allows us to ensure that the cost of EHDS supplied by the plant, taking into account the costs of installation, adjustment and service or other maintenance, is significantly lower than that of other manufacturers.

Specially created workstations, stands and high-precision instruments for simulating special quantities are concentrated in one place, which allows QTMP engineers to trace the entire chain of implementation of EHDS - from design to testing of the system with simulating all possible operating modes of the equipment at the facility.

The electrical installation area has mastered the production of electronic equipment for equipping cabinets with a turbine controller and control cabinets for EHDS drives.

Stabilizers, equipment for controlling drives, matching boards and converting signals of special quantities were developed in-house based on the experience of operating electronic equipment in the conditions of turbine shops of power plants with high humidity, temperature and vibration.

Electronic components used for the manufacture of boards are subject to input control before installation to ensure compliance with the declared characteristics.

Finished products, including manufactured electronic devices and ECSD cabinets, are subject to thermal tests.
