Automatic control system for high-speed safety and control valve

The main task of the BZRK ACS is to maintain technological parameters to ensure reliable and economical operation of the turbine unit, as well as to implement protective functions to prevent the reverse flow of steam into the turbine. Due to the fact that the control and monitoring of the turbine steam distribution bodies is carried out by EHDS (manufactured by Karaganda Turbomechanical Plant LLP), all functions for monitoring and controlling the production sampling equipment are implemented through an additional EHDS circuit - an automatic production control cabinet (SHAU PO). SHAU PO influences the actuators. All protections are implemented as part of the SHAU software and operation of the software with the SHAU turned off is prohibited. To implement the algorithms, the SHAU software receives signals from the values of process parameters, the state of shut-off and control valves, and issues control commands to the valves of the “Production Selection” functional device.
