—In October 2023, the T-86-90 LMZ turbine unit No. 6 of GRES Topar LLP was put into routine repair.

Order service

The customer planned the following work:

replacement of 29 and 30 stage impellers on the LP rotor;
scraping of the LP rotor coupling halves (on the HP and generator sides);
repair of oil seals No. 1,3,6;
repair of the casing and sealing bearing liner of the generator;
repair of generator oil traps.

The repairs were completed within the timeframe established with the Customer and the turbine is currently carrying the rated load.
