The customer planned the following work:
- replacement of the impeller of the 23rd stage of the LP rotor;
- scraping of LP rotor coupling halves (HP and generator side);
- elimination of defects in the blade apparatus, soldering of stellite plates;
- repair of the front and rear sealing bearing shells of the generator;
- mechanical processing of diaphragms 22, 23, 27 steps;
- repair of oil seals No. 3, 4, 6 and bearing shell No. 5;
- repair of generator oil traps.
