The most important factors for successful work and confident production growth for our enterprise have always been:

7. Health protection and occupational safety of enterprise employees.

To formulate policies, goals in the field of quality and their achievement, to eliminate and minimize risks for workers and other stakeholders whose health may be exposed to hazards, in 2012 the enterprise created an integrated quality management system, which included the Quality Management System ST RK ISO 9001-2009 and Occupational Safety and Health Management System ST RK OHSAS 18001-2008.

The company successfully passed certification, and in 2015 and 2018 - recertification for compliance with the requirements of ST RK ISO 9001-2016 (ISO 9001:2015) “Quality management system” and ST RK OHSAS 18001-2008 (OHSAS 18001:2007) “Professional management system safety and health."

In 2021, we passed recertification for compliance with the requirements of ST RK ISO 9001-2016 (ISO 9001:2015) “Quality Management Systems”.

In order to prevent occupational injuries and minimize the risk of damage to the health of employees in the process of professional activity, as well as to ensure safe workplaces in terms of health and working conditions, in 2021 the enterprise introduced the Occupational Safety and Health Management System ST RK ISO 45001- 2019.

We strive to maximally satisfy the demands of our consumers, to increase competitiveness, to ensure and maintain consumer confidence in the company as a provider of high quality services in the field of installation and repair of turbine, boiler and auxiliary equipment of power plants.

Our enterprise has identified external and internal factors related to its intentions and strategic direction and influencing the ability of "QTMP" LLP to achieve its intended results.

The enterprise has determined and maintained the environment necessary for the functioning of processes and achieving the quality of products and services in accordance with the requirements of ST RK ISO 9001-2016; factors, risks and opportunities are identified to ensure confidence that the quality management system can achieve the intended results, prevent or reduce the undesirable impact of risks and opportunities, and achieve improved functioning of the quality management system and, accordingly, the quality of products and services provided.

Karaganda Turbomechanical Plant LLP sets the following goals:

• clarification of the Quality Policy and its implementation at all levels and in all departments - from managers to workers;
  
• systematic training of personnel in the field of quality, involving each employee in participating in improving processes, minimizing risks, and finding new opportunities to improve the quality of products and services;
• selection of reliable suppliers of quality materials and development of cooperation with them on a mutually beneficial basis;
• improving the organizational structure of enterprise management and all processes to determine the rights, duties and responsibilities of persons involved in the system for ensuring the quality of work performed, taking into account risks and opportunities;
• satisfying consumer requirements on mutually beneficial terms is a necessary condition for our success.

in the field of health protection and occupational safety

Karaganda Turbomechanical Plant LLP, whose main industrial activity is the installation and repair of turbine, boiler and auxiliary equipment of power plants, believes that ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, preventing occupational diseases, industrial injuries and accidents is one of the main activities.

The enterprise has identified external and internal factors related to its intentions and influencing its ability to achieve its intended results. The management of QTMP LLP, understanding all the responsibility for creating favorable and safe working conditions, undertakes to:

• ensure health protection and safe working conditions;
  
• in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001, the enterprise identifies hazards, risks and opportunities to ensure that the health and safety management system can achieve its intended results, prevent or reduce the undesirable impact of risks and opportunities, to achieve continuous improvement;
• carry out in each division of the enterprise effective planning and implementation of programs in the field of health protection and occupational safety, providing for increasing the effectiveness of preventive measures to comply with the requirements and standards of health protection and occupational safety and aimed at reducing risks in the field of professional activity;
• improve the qualifications of personnel in matters of health protection and occupational safety;
• create working conditions that do not undermine the health of personnel and maintain the psychological climate at the enterprise;
• promote an open dialogue with staff and stakeholders on health and safety issues.
