Production structure

"QTMP" is an enterprise that has the technology, experience and appropriate equipment for the production of turbine blades, new turbine rotors and turbochargers, cylinders and precision turbine parts.

  

The company consists of the following main divisions:

Turbine repair complex:

• workshop for repair of rotors and large turbine units.
• generator section.
• area for vibration testing and vibration adjustment of turbines and generators.
• a stand for setting up and testing safety devices and electronic turbine speed controllers.

Turbine regulation and automation workshop:

• repair area for hydromechanical control and steam distribution units of turbines.
• programming sector (design of the microprocessor part of electrohydraulic control systems - EHCS).
• installation and assembly area (assembly of control cabinets and EHCS systems).
• area of mathematical modeling (during design) and bench testing and adjustment of finished EHCS systems (before shipping them to the Customer).

Carousel workshop:

• Thermal section.
• Repair and preparation area.
• Carousel section (large carousel, turning drilling equipment).

Mechanical repair shop:

• Main workshop (boring, turning, milling, grinding equipment, etc.).
• Site for the assembly of special multifunctional centers and special equipment produced by QTMP.

Site for the production of steam turbine blades: 

• Section of machines with numerical control (CNC). 
• Grinding section of turbine blades. 

Certified testing laboratory: 

• Destructive testing section (mechanical static and dynamic tests). 
• Non-destructive testing area (color flaw detection, spectral analysis of steels and non-ferrous alloys, ultrasonic testing, testing the hardness of metals, etc.).

Welding and surfacing shop:

• Section for repair and refilling of turbine sliding bearings and auxiliary equipment.
• Welding area.

Workshop for the production of rotors and large turbine units - turbo assembly:

• Overhead crane 50 tons.
• Modern large lathe with digital display device.
• Access rail tracks.

Workshop for waterjet cleaning and passivation of power equipment units (construction is nearing completion).
